Prompt service. The on-line process for scheduling was quite simple. Our inspection was carried out at the time we requested (8 AM). Our report was delivered online the same day. David McKim provided an in-depth report with pictures to illustrate every aspect of the property, His explanations of the items needing attention were easy to understand, as were the actions he suggested to remedy, The buyers of the house we just sold paid almost twice what Home Boss charged for a report that was not anywhere near as well done as our Home Boss report. My wife and I are well pleased with the service provided by David McKim and his colleagues at Home Boss.
