I had flooring put down in my kitchen. The flooring has hard rock-like objects underneath that are working through—a slice in the flooring. The flooring doesn't meet the edges. Bubbles in areas. Called and went in several times, asking for it to be fixed. After six weeks, someone came out and fixed The bubbles and pulled it a little closer to the edges, also sliced my trim, but it’s still not repaired and it’s been less than a year. Seemed like once it was in no one cares.

I have had my flooring about 2 1/2 years and when it had been in less the 6 months I mentioned how my carpet was coming up and the flooring seams were lifting and all I heard was the guy at the counter and the other guy say oh (someone's name) did the job. But my floors look bad and I would not use them again.

After reviewing my somewhat negative previous review- I have decided to delete the negative attitude, and replace it with a more favorable review. Rick has stepped up and honored the work done; and fixed the minor repair that I had requested earlier. The entire house really looked good- 100% improvement from carpet. Thank you Jon- for being concientious about the quality of your work, and your valuable reputation with the community. I would absolutely recommend Home Carpet Warehouse to anyone in the area, looking to improve the quality, and value of their home. Thank you- Home Carpet Warehouse!

Customer service isn’t their specialty. Can’t help but feel like every time I call for new business which they’ve done 2 houses of ours that I’m somehow bothering them?? Or like they just don’t need the business and brush you off? Won’t be going back.

Home Carpet Warehouse has been a huge blessing to our church, New Beginnings Community Church located in Salkum. When we built our church, HCW donated all the flooring for the entire church. After many years when a seam in the carpet was coming apart, they graciously repaired it at no charge. Most recently we built a new addition and they again donated the flooring. Jon Vigre and his entire staff are the best in the business.
