Purchased an Alexues Series door from here. It has been the highlight of our common area. We experienced an malfunction with one of the door handles. The warranty process was easy and fast. The tech came out and changed it within a couple days.

Im not the review kind of guy, but the level of patience and expertise Bryson has shown me with purchasing our door from home center is top level. We changed our door 3 times before it was shipped just being undecsive. Bryson was extremely patience, communication was great. He had it change out within minutes literally.
