My 85 yr old mother had a representative come to the house for a quote. My mother was satisfied with what was proposed and scheduled service for 2 days before a party she was throwing for her husband’s 90th birthday. No one showed, she tried calling, no answer and never got a call back. I tried calling on her behalf and again, no answer, no return call. Do not hire from this company unless you are willing to waste your time and end up cleaning your home yourself.

I've had Home Cleaning Centers of America cleaning my home weekly for the past 10 years now. They are always here when scheduled. Communication is great also. They are thorough and have my home looking great every time.

I used Home Cleaning Centers, run by Pam Rush for approximately 7 years. At first, their service was impeccable, they did a better job than I could and I am a clean freak. While the quality has gone down considerably over the years, I continued to use them because they were reliable and trustworthy. Now that is gone as well. The quality was sub-par the last several months and now the reliability is non-existent. I understand that COVID has had an impact on retaining resources but, another last minute cancellation today with no offer to reschedule. In fact, I was told 'maybe' they would be available in 2 weeks! Also, no offer to anything to retain my business. It is clear they do not care about this business, Pam Rush is barely involved and I will not be surprised if they fold in a

Fantastic job done by a team of three in 2 1/2 hours. The ladies were thorough and worked fast. My house was sparkling when they were finished. I have hired other services since then, due to their unavailability, and the services did not even come close to what Rihanna's team completed in that time frame. I highly recommend Pam's Home Cleaning Centers of America.

HCCA always does a great job when they come and clean my home. They are always friendly and professional. They have been cleaning my house for years, and I'm never disappointed.
