We did a substantial remodel mid-2019, tearing out a kitchen partition wall for an open floor plan with our living and dining areas, and new wood floor, lighting, stair railings, appliances, countertops, and cabinets (including a new island). We bought our cabinets at Home Clearance Center, with Marcia Yost as our designer. We are delighted with the results, and Marcia was terrific to work with. When we finally decided to do this after talking about it for years, my wife wanted to get it done before the end of July. An interior designer we were talking with just wasn’t as responsive as we wanted. After meeting with Marcia, we decided we didn’t need the interior designer.
