Home Defenders

I hired the Home Defenders to inspect my condo before purchase. They spotted a fault on my hot water tank which I was able to get repaired before finally purchasing the home. I received a very thorough report which made it easy for the bank to sign off on the loan. Excellent team of inspectors. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a home inspected.

They were awesome. Affordable, professional, and very flexible with adjusting to our home inspection we had to reschedule 2–3 times!! Found some major things to help us decide the house we were looking into needed a little more work than meets the eye which would have cost us more than we wanted to spend to fix. They were very nice and easy to talk to! We are looking into other houses and 100% will be calling them to inspect as we move forward !! Thank you so much!
