So glad we went forward with Keith when it came to installing both inside and outside units after our HVAC system broke down. Very kind, honest, and professional. He was pleasant to speak with and didn’t hesitate to answer any of my questions. Left us better off than before. Thank you Keith!

Refered to them by warranty company. VERY SLOW getting the issue diagnosis, then every time they were called voicemail answered with no return calls from contractor. Parts were ordered and arrived December 10th 2025 and still on the 17th no information or call back from contractor. Totally worthless contractor and repair ability.

New Review: Still FIVE STAR RATING. This is my third time working with Keith. Again he responded quickly and fixed my AC. He's such a nice guy. The part he had to fix this time, was not from his previous work. Someone else through a home warranty company did less than adequate work and Keith came in, identified the problem and fixed it. This is my second time dealing with Keith. The first time I called him to give me a second opinion. His cost for the review was very reasonable. He took time to explain to me what to ask the other company. I wish I found him prior to spending the money with the first company. I had a problem changing my thermostat and he was able to help me with this. Excellent service. Highly recommended and he’ll always be the first person I call if I need future help.

Kieth came out to fix our heat even though the roads were snowy. He got our heat back up and running. He had to replace the fan motor in the air handler. Heat is working and warming the house back up. The new fan seems a little louder than the old one when it was working fine but it definitely moves the air well. We were hoping it would be fixed last week but I think he had to wait on parts to come in.

Incredible work. Keith is on the ball, professional, and great at communicating. He gave me a ton of comfort from the beginning that the job was going to get done and get done right. This company is trustworthy and honest. Highly recommend.
