Great company to deal with and timely service. After accepting the proposed bid the associate showed up on a Saturday morning. He removed the old tub and by the end of the day had installed a beautiful walk in shower with all new fixtures. He also left with the bathroom as clean or cleaner than when he arrived. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with a similar project.

The workmanship was excellent, even after numerous delays. Most were unavoidable, & were handled as smoothly as possible. The only thing that really bothered me was the installer. I had let him off early so that he could spend New Year's Eve with his girlfriend, & I had even more delays. 1 day, he promised to contact me. Yeah, at 9:58 pm. More delays. Finally arrived, comes in the door yelling at me for complaining! Not professional at all! My husband followed him around after he told me that he "didn't want to hear" what I had to say. We both were afraid of violence after that, & I now have panic attacks. I didn't know that I needed to tell them that I have PTSD as I wasn't expecting to have an employee yelling & unreasonable. Employees were very courteous and very careful with my home. They renovated my bathroom to disability access. Great job! Glenn, Reed and Tony were all very professional.
