I am giving 2-stars rather than 1 because Home Factory Flooring did a decent job refinishing our complicated, old floors, but did leave a large (very noticeable) spot on the floor where stain was clearly left on too long, and there are some funky lighter spots around some edges. We also hired them to install and paint trim. The trim was absolute amateur hour. They painted over wet caulk so the paint immediately cracked as it dried, they used caulk blobs to fill nail holes without smoothing them over, and then painted over that which makes it infinitely harder to fix. They knocked divots and chunks out of the trim as they installed it. Rather than taking time to carefully glue the pieces back in so it looked nice, or using a fresh piece of trim, they used a blob of caulk to adhere the knock
