We cannot say enough good things about Home Heating, Plumbing & A/C in Fargo. Our furnace went out during the coldest stretch of January. It was incredibly stressful. We spent a long weekend using portable electric heaters, calling company after company, being put on lists, and struggling to find anyone who could come out. It was nerve-racking. When someone finally came to look at it, parts were no longer being manufactured due to the age of the furnace. The team at Home Heating truly went above and beyond — they checked multiple parts houses and tried everything they could before confirming replacement was the best option. I had a great experience with Home Heating Plumbing & Air Conditioning and Home and Hearth. Paul and Brad arrived on time, were very cordial, and worked efficiently while cleaning out all of my air ducts. They took the time to explain what they were doing and gave me helpful tips on how to properly replace and maintain my air filters. I really appreciated their patience, they never seemed annoyed when I asked questions and made sure I understood everything. Professional, knowledgeable, and respectful throughout the entire visit. I would definitely recommend them.

TJ Krenzel saved the day with our recent plumbing project. Our water heater exploded late Monday night and he came Tuesday morning, explained the issue and provided a recommendation. He went out of his way to oversee the installation of a new water heater within two days. He couldn’t be more personable and knowledgeable. Excellent work, the guys were super friendly and helpful. My furnace, ductwork and dryer vent were in need of a complete cleaning and after they were finished they showed before and after photos. They found a birds nest in the dryer vent! I can breathe a lot better now knowing how clean everything is. Thank you Brad and Paul, you did a wonderful job!

I I used this company for 2 years. They are clean, organized, and friendly. They have help me install a hot water heater, and faucets. Even came quickly to save my kitten behind the hot water heater, when stuck. I highly recommend them. TJ is like a freind.
