We LOVE Abe. We're first-time homebuyers and he spent time in the beginning before the inspection to explain everything to us and gave us a goodie bag! He was incredibly thorough and gave a very detailed report within a couple of days. His son accompanied him who was also very thorough. Abe was kind, charismatic, and knowledgeable- he explained everything as he was going through the house, so we knew what he was seeing and what was going on. Abe walked through 16 inches of snow to inspect around the outside of the home (in his heavy duty boots!) I will recommend him to anyone needing an inspection ten times over.

We hired this company for a home inspection on our new construction townhome and were extremely impressed. Their inspection was thorough and detailed. They used drones to inspect the roof and thermal imaging technology to check for hidden moisture and insect issues, giving us extra confidence. We also added a radon test, which came back slightly elevated.It helped us address the issue promptly before closing. Abe and Nick were knowledgeable, friendly, and very responsive throughout the process. They clearly explained their findings and answered all our questions.
