This was my first inspection I’ve needed , and I believe David did a very well detailed job. Don’t cut any corners, took photos of everything, went into small spaces to further inspect and left a very detailed report of everything he seen. I don’t think he rushed through anything. I really appreciated his report I received.

Paid a fair amount of money for a very poor home inspection. At first, the inspection seemed fine and they caught some small repairs that needed to be made, however they missed a lot of things such as destroyed doors that don’t seal due to damage, broken wax seals under toilets causing water to leak out, leaking faucets, loose fixtures, ceiling fan that doesn’t work correctly, jetted tub that doesn’t work properly, garage door frame is completely separated from the wall, the garage door did not sit correctly on the frame and doesn’t latch properly. I know that not every repair is going to be caught but within 10 minutes of walking around the home most of these things were seen. Small overlooked things are now costing us a lot out of pocket unfortunately.

David did a great job. He arrived on time and did a very thorough inspection of the home. After the inspection he gave me a detailed review of all his findings along with personal recommendations for how to handle any issues he found. Very professional and personable. 10/10 will use his services again. Thanks, David!
