Josh has done two home inspections for me is the SW Florida area, both times he was prompt and did a very thorough home inspection. He includes pictures and explanations of the inspection process as he goes through the home, both in and out. He provides a summary page of any issues he finds, with details in the main report. Josh was recommended to me for mold testing by my realtor. I called him to schedule an appointment to do a mold test. He scheduled me for the following day! I wasn’t present during the testing. Today however, I received the report. It was exceptional! He has professional documentation, he included great photos. He did a super thorough inspection.
