Absolutely awful basically had two lady’s show up to my moms house for a deep clean and they basically didn’t do anything besides use MY products, paper towels and my own vacuum. They were suppose to clean out the fridge and kitchen cabinets but didn’t do so. They basically just kept talking and saying they speak no English but then would speak to each other. Then had the nerve to ask for $400 for three hours of no work. Every time I would ask them to clean something they said no English. They spent the entire time just vacuuming over the same spot. They didn’t do anything besides vacuum and wipe down the counter tops. Definitely do NOT recommend. It’s just a scam to take your money. Not professional. Not clean.

We ordered a move-in cleaning service for a house that was already relatively clean after a move-out cleaning but we needed windows, radiators, baths, cabinets and the stove to be perfectly clean. Two cleaners arrived, Luba and Luba. They were left unattended for 3 hours since we had to take care of some other stuff. When we came back they were only "finishing" the second floor where they began and were asked to clean a bath and a family room. Then within one hour they managed to "clean" the first floor and the basement. As a result we still need to wash all the windows, despite implicitly asking them to wash them, and clean a lot of dusty surfaces. I was desperate to find someone right before Thanksgiving when I got stuck with a killing back pain and we had already invited a bunch of people to Thanksgiving celebration. Usually I do all cleaning by myself. Oksana appeared to be very compassionate, and agreed to send a coupe of cleaning ladies the following day I called her. Ladies did really good job, regarding organizing, cleaning, they were fast and hard-working. Friendly enough. Why I rated them 4, not 5: I understand the issue with before-the-holiday traffic, but arriving 2 hours late- when we first negotiated 2:30-3 o'clock, and finally, after giving them 3 phone calls, they arrived at 5. We had discussed a price for 2 hours and 4 hours cleaning, and I asked about 3 hours option, Oksana confirmed that 3 hours is also an option.

Oksana sent her team to our home to clean after we had movers come in and after we had half of our house painted and other work done. Her team did an amazing job and were very professional. I highly recommend this company for cleaning.
