Home Medic should be your first and only call. If you are not using Home Medic you are using the wrong person. John's work is amazing. He takes pride in everything he does. He also stands behind his work. I have been using him now for 10 years. Recently I have had to call him for 2 different plumbing issues and his response time was less than 24 hours for both. Reached out twice for two bathroom remodels and got no reply. Even just saying he was too busy would’ve been great. Maybe he is amazing, if you ever get in touch but, at this point, not impressed. Moving on.
