Thank you for my sub panel and requiring! The technician and all staff were Very knowledgeable, friendly. I felt the sincerity that Mike genuinely wanted to help! I have had quite a few quotes, but Mike literally walked me through everything in detail so that I follow through (as a woman, I’m like what is that, what is that, etc.) and I was sold just based on the attention and time to educate me. The customer service was AMAZING! When you call, you immediately feel important and like family! I’ll recommend you all to anyone, anything electrical!

I had a great experience with Home In Around Electric. Michael came out to troubleshoot an outlet issue that had caused multiple outlets and switches—both inside and outside the house—to stop working. He actually showed up early, which was a great start. Michael was extremely thorough and methodical in his troubleshooting. He didn’t rush the job and made sure no stone was left unturned while tracking down the issue. It was clear he really knew what he was doing. I also appreciated the professionalism. When I asked him to wear shoe covers, he wore them consistently the entire time, not just when he first walked in. That level of attention and respect for the home says a lot. Overall, Michael was knowledgeable, consistent, and detail-oriented, and the entire experience was truly five-star

We recently had our pool hardwired, a timer installed, and a new outlet added to our deck. Michael and Tristen were both extremely professional throughout the entire process. Michael took the time to clearly explain how to adjust the timer if needed, which was much appreciated. They were courteous, efficient, and completed the work to a high standard. Our Technitian was exceptional! On time, informative, and extremely friendly. He replaced two light fixtures and was careful to hang them according to our preference.
