We purchased countertops that had a minor flaw that wouldn’t be detected until the countertops were put together. Scott and (Rocky) went above and beyond to make it right, considering we had already paid the contractor to install them. They are so fair and great to do business with.

Came into the store today looking for materials to redesign my kitchen. The staff was very helpful and the general manner Scott helped me draw a design after showing me many cabinet choices . I felt comfortable and was given many design options. After going to Lowe’s and Home Depot it was nice to be paid attention to. Good job Home Outlet you guys are awesome.

UPDATE: I received a call from the manager who was very helpful and was able to make a call to find out the status of my order. All I wanted was someone to try and get order information. Scott was very nice and helpful. I appreciate someone actually following up and providing customer service. Cabinets have been on order for over 3 weeks with a 2 week time frame given. No one can call to find out status. They only email or text and can’t give me any answers! I have spent almost $20K with them for 2 houses and the service when there is a problem is less than helpful!

Rating is regarding our 1st visit to this store just the other day... We were greeted by Bruce, described what we were looking for (30 in. vanity), he took us to a few they had up front that were marked down, I glanced at 2 that were a 'no', took 4 more steps AND,!! There it was - EZPZY! & for less than $300.!! Perfect for a small Guest bathrm. He then spent time showing us and giving us info on toilets, LVP (giving us samples), & more. Another man working that day also made sure to be of assistance to us all (and helped load item), and the Girl at checkout (who still came to work after getting all banged up falling on the Ice) - All made us feel so welcomed, they gave good info and we will more than likely be back for more (toilets, flooring, sinks, ...)! The whole experience with new cabinets has been positive. The store manager Scott was excellent at helping layout my kitchen. The service was excellent and they were also understanding when we were late picking up the cabinets. I will definitely be back for my bath remodel needs as well as other items. Thank you so much for great customer service in these days when it is rare to find.
