Never thought we’d be able to afford to do a kitchen, until we were told about home outlet. Cabinets, countertops, and sink all for 8k! Phil at the Tonawanda location was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, and the design, and 3d rendering we were given literally were the same as it came out! The process was as easy as taking out measurements, and phil just asked if we had specific things we wanted. 100% would recommend to anyone!

With being in the water and fire restoration world I am consistently in and out of home improvement / hardware stores on a daily basis. I cannot begin to tell you what a breath of “fresh air” it is to have a store like this but the staff that represents the name of this company !!! I cannot begin to express not only the quality of the products that they carry , but what is most important , how the staff at this specific store takes priority in making sure their customers needs are met. I have probably ordered close to 100+ kitchens throughout my years of restoring homes from this company and have been disappointed maybe just once with the outcome. They have a fantastic selection in store, and I like working with the people there because they are employee owned and operated.

As a contractor working on my own, it’s really important to me to have great relationships with each third party or vendor I work with. From the first day I came in to map out a whole kitchen, Brandon helped me from start to finish, ensuring I got all I needed; assembled, delivered and accurate. Being able to call a store and get the same person that knows my order, communicates changes and makes the entire process smooth is paramount to keeping my job site flowing. I will continue to return again and again to work with Brandon and the rest of the team.

I could not be happier with Home Outlet! The design team was fantastic, and customer service has been extraordinary. We purchased cabinets and granite countertops. 10/10 recommend for budget, quality, and customer service
