I came in to see if this location had a tall cabinet in their clearance area that I had seen in the clearance area of their other store in Chicopee they had one although not as nice a Slightly less of a quality. The doors were not as nice as the doors Of The one in chicopee o k. Also the one that they There was no top crown Molding. The difference in price was astounding. The one in Chicopee was a $150, and the 1 here was $478. Big difference needless to say I did not buy it. I missed out on the one in chicopee because I waited a day and it was gone. Terrible service. It takes 4 hours to prepare an order that was paid for the day before. The saleswoman's attitude is extremely rude.

We shopped Lowe’s and Home for bathroom vanity cabinet combo. Their products are all poor quality materials (pressed particle board), pour surface finish with paint, and no service. And local cabinet businesses where their cabinets were more than 2x the cost for the same quality as Home Oulet. And they had limited designs that we liked. When we walked into Home Outlet, we spotted this beautiful 31” cabinet that was exactly what we were looking for and more! The cabinet was good quality with upscale design cues you would in thousands of dollars cabinets. Moreover, Brendan…store manager…was so courteous and helpful throughout our entire experience. We had been here a few years ago and didn’t like it much. Fast forward to a couple days ago, we were on the market for some kitchen cabinets and flooring for our basement. Wow! What a difference. The store looks a million times better. To top it off, we were greeted by 2 nice gentlemen named Brandon and Kyle. They were both a pleasure to work with and extremely kind.
