Following a significant bee infestation at my residence, I am exceedingly impressed by the swift response from Home Paramount and the exceptional customer service provided by Jarrell and Jacob earlier today. Both technicians demonstrated remarkable helpfulness in alleviating my distress after multiple hives had occupied the front of my home. They thoroughly explained the treatment methodology, its anticipated effectiveness timeline, and recommended a follow-up contact within 7-10 days if satisfactory results were not observed. I extend sincere gratitude to James, as well as his technicians Jarrell and Jacob, for their outstanding service.

Trent has been an absolute wonderful help to our office. He is always kind, patient and handles our pest control with a great sense of humor! He’s also knowledgeable and has been able to give us tips for controlling the mice in our very old building. He’s such a pleasure to work with and brings a smile (and relief) to our office when he comes!

These gentlemen would get a 5, even a 6 star review but the company will only receive 4 stars until I hear that these gentlemen received a raise or sizable bonus for their dedication, effort, and consistency.
