Mark as always is a technical expert and true professional. Very friendly, courteous, and patiently answers all my questions. If there’s ever any issues, Paramount quickly responds. From past raccoon issues and mice before we moved in to our renovated house to spiders, they managed it all.

Team arrived on time. The Service Manager, Dwight, lead the team doing attic work on a summer day. Dryer vent ducting, installed by the builder wasn't installed properly to the roof cap vent. Also the insulation wrap around the duct had unraveled. Dwight, having done this repair work previously, did the repair of the ducting. Pictures of his work shows accomplishment of a highly professional job. This praise comes from a 75 year old with some experience. Meanwhile, his team sprayed a salty water mixture onto to get rid of any mold on the attic wood which may have started growing due to the excess moisture and lent expelled into the attic because of the initially installed vent connection. Home Paramount came out to our house to take care of a problem with mice. Dwight and David did excellent work, sealing holes everywhere from the hard-to-reach crawl space, to the tip-top of the roof! They used whatever materials were necessary, from cement to foam to wire meshing. This super team worked quickly and efficiently, completing the job in one morning. Thank you, Dwight and David!
