Well, we certainly didn't want to call a pest control company, but we're so happy we found Paramount! My mom actually spotted Rick in a parking lot and felt comfortable enough to ask him about their services after being dissatisfied with another company — and it turned out to be the best decision! From estimate to service, Paramount was fantastic. Jimmy, our salesman and estimator, was funny, kind, and easy to talk to. He answered all of our questions and even showed us photos and videos of what was going on in the attic. We were scheduled quickly, and Chris, Austin, Nick, and Juan were fabulous. Great guys with positive energy, approachable, and easy to talk to. Sometimes you just need a good laugh when dealing with pest control! These guys work incredibly hard, and it is truly grueling

Austin and the Sykesville team did a thorough and professional job solving our squirrel infestation and upgrading our attic insulation. Everything from initial inspection by Sarah to the final cleanup was done expertly.

Nate, the service manager was here today and I was very impressed with the professionalism and manner in which he conducted his business. Nate is very knowledgeable and helpful. Also friendly.

The business schedules service without verifying your availability. They will then show up at your door without notice. They will try to charge you twice in a quarter. The service is not thorough. Find a more professional service provider.
