Tried hosing for a new furnace. Crooks almost got away with it. I called a REAL HAVAC company was my issue was fixed. for about 80% less that they ( Home ) were paid. They did refund my money and a police report taken. I have requested my 2 signed invoices and have just got a run around.. They know they got caught.. Also informed and inquired with the State Regulation and Licensing Board. Not all employees are certified technicians. Never agree to Arbitration. Sue them instead a jury trial for compensatory and punitive damages. They lie. Prove me wrong.

I hired Home Plumbing on recommendation from a friend/plumber in Durango. We were having an issue with our houseboat at Navajo Lake wherein the system was not cooling the houseboat. We attempted to change the thermostat thinking that might be the problem. We were unsuccessful in installing the new thermostat and, therefore called Home Plumbing. When the two workers arrived, we informed them why me were trying to change the thermostat and, asked them to have a look at why we might be having this issue. They were unable to figure out the thermostat that day and, stated they had to come back after speaking with Honeywell. It is unimaginable that HVAC specialists cannot figure out a thermostat but, this is what we were told. So, we had to pay extra for the second visit. Two invoices provide

I don't even know what to say about this place because I don't like being mean and talking down about a place but there is really nothing nice to say about it. They over charge and couldn't even get things to work. And they don't treat people very well I'm just wondering how many people do they do this to and get away with it?

Called Home Plumbing and Heating to do a simple repair of a water line to an under the sink water filter. He repaired it and left. And about 23 hours later, we had water flooding out from under the sink. My husband shut off the water and I placed a call back to Home Plumbing and left a detailed message. Today, my husband found the leak. It was an untightened nut. So far, no call back from this company. I would not recommend them! Plus he did way more than we asked and charged us quite a large sum of money.

Home plumbing is excellent! From the young lady that answered the phone (I apologize, I don't remember your name),to the service tech (Josh). Very professional. They went above and beyond. Very timely service and fairly priced.Thank you all! I will definitely call you guys anytime I need plumbing work done.
