John was able to make the water softer unit affordable which other companies I had checked out didn't.He also showed up to my house on time which is important to me when doing business with someone. Great customer service and very friendly person that will explain everything

Great company! I called for a second opinion on my air conditioner after a different company quoted an expensive fix that sounded excessive. Home Pros had a technician at my house the next day - not only did they find the real issue but it was a much less expensive fix than what the first company quoted. I appreciated the honesty and how easy it was to work with them

With the recent winter cold front, I was a little concerned about the possibility of a power outage. The team took the time to walk me through the different backup power systems they offer and explained everything clearly. I really appreciated their patience and knowledge. I’ll gladly update this review once my system is installed

Big shout out to Home Pros 4 Texas for coming out to install my water softener. I was never I big believer in filtered water at home. After I was educated on what is actually in our water here in San Antonio it truly was an eye opener. They came out with a mini water softener kit, tapped into my kitchen sinks faucet, I was amazed to see the difference in the water after filtering through. Great experience from start to finish. From Reps to installer and customer support. Adam did a great job installing the unit and walked me through the entire set up.
