I cannot say enough good about this business ! Dean is amazing, personable and very professional. The product he uses is exceptional. His price is extremely reasonable. And I move a lot and he comes from mulberry all the way to temple terrace ! And his receptionist Cindy is always pleasant and sweet !!! The technician arrived as scheduled, and was thorough in eliminating the problem, and checked to make sure that there were no other issues that needed addressing. I will definitely continue with this company for their prompt and thorough services. My experience with them was highly satisfactory. They help right away with getting scheduled in and once they arrive no matter who it is doing the service they have always been respectful. No rushing etc. The effect is immediate and just in the next day there’s a difference. Also I can add there is a patience for non-English speakers (my mother was home while I was at work and she said the man was understanding).

I spent $600 with this company, and my tenant is still complaining about baby roaches—it's actually gotten worse. Whatever treatment they used clearly didn’t work. I’ve had better results using Advion gel bait myself. Very disappointed with the service and outcome.
