Scheduled an interior door frame repair for a Saturday morning. Repair guy never showed and did not receive any updates on his arrival. After an hour and half of being late, I called the office and the manager/lead handyman explained that there was car trouble and he would personally complete the repair himself the following day. Again, no show on second day. I have made plans around this repair for a full weekend and now have house guests coming to visit this week with no repair. It also appears that I cannot contact this company as my phone calls aren’t going through/possibly blocked by company. Terrible coordination and completely unreliable. Don’t use.
