In short, buyer beware – seems great up front, and then sticks it to you later. As a new customer, Brian and his guys were great at the start and I thought we had a long-standing business relationship formed. But the cracks soon started to show in their business practices. First, on a big drip irrigation job the original bid of $3000 was ballooned to $4000 as they were in the middle of the project because Brian said they underestimated the amount of pipe they would need. I didn’t feel like I had a choice, since his team was literally on-site at that very moment, and I didn’t want to be difficult, so I agreed and he finished the job. Fall blowout went just fine. No issues. Next, this summer, I asked them to come back and fix a few issues and do general maintenance on my lawn irrigation

I had an appointment for 2 weeks on weeks on that day 20 minutes before they're supposed to be there they called and said they can't do my system anymore.... Too busy I have used them for 3 years not no more
