No problems with our blinds installer. Would recommend Jim Brunk to anybody. Professional. Had a scammer call me saying he was with Home Depot. Nobody knew him. Said he was probably going to install the blinds and wanted directions. Jim does his own installations. Looked the guy up on the internet. He has a record in 3 states. Everything turned out fine.

I got a new water heater installed.. Home Depot made the whole process easy and had great customer service! They always take good care of me!

Installer was a nice guy that was open to conversations while he worked. Quite knowledgeable, tidy, and cleaned up afterwards.

New carpet made the rooms so beautiful. Great quality, beautiful color. Job well done!

1. I spent 5.5 hours online trying to get a Frigidaire icemaker replacement before driving 2+ hours to the nearest Home Depot . Michele at Customer Service was extremely helpful!! Give her a raise! There was no resolution to my problem, though: an icemaker replacement was only available through the repair center in Michigan (!!) and I was unable to use my Home Depot credit card or the discount only available through August 31st in order to order it. So I still don't have the icemaker that I need. Home Depot has really dropped the ball on this and I am hugely disappointed. 2. We ordered a new bedframe in time for my husband's surgery WITH Home Depot provided assembly for $199 extra charge who are apparently independent contractors. They were unable to provide the paid for service in a reaso
