Home Services at The Home Depot

I recently purchased a home in Bend and decided to choose Home Depot for my carpet installation. I will NEVER purchase carpet or hardwoods from Home Depot again. I was told the carpet would be installed 3- 4 weeks after I purchased the carpet. When I spoke to the carpet installers they informed me the earliest available date was 2.5 months away. What am I supposed to do? Sit in my home with no floors for 2.5 months? I had already ripped all the flooring out and prepped the home for installation. Then they had the nerve to tell me I had to pay a 15% restocking fee. Are you joking me? I am now getting both carpet and hardwoods from a local carpenter in Bend. Home Depot was a complete WASTE OF TIME and a total joke.
