Absolute awful experience. Got windows and doors installed 9 months ago and they put the wrong door in. Called about 15 times over the last 6 months and all I get is "Someone will contact you with 24-48 hours with a resolution". I wait a week with no response and do the same thing all over again. Go to Lowe's for in installation instead. Avoid at all costs.

Jay in the appliance department was super helpful. He followed up in person to make sure we knew when the delivery would arrive and then afterwards to confirm everything went well with the delivery. The delivery personnel were efficient and quickly got our new washer up and running.

Thank you so much JOE (interior door installation). I work overseas but wanted to begin renovations on my fathers house in Casselberry. My father said, Joe was on time, he was very friendly and extremely skilled. My father called me to say, "The hallway used to look like a back alley, It now looks like main street"....lol...dad's sense of humor. I would like to thank Joe for his time, patience and his skill. My father told me, it took Joe over 6hrs to install the doors because the old doors and frames were in such disrepair, not to mention the age of the house and much custom work had to be done on the installation. Thank you again Joe, we will certainly be requesting you when it comes time to install the exterior doors (unless you hide from us...lol). AMAZING JOB! Y. McQuire (Paul

The workers they sent were horribly rude for no reason. Our appliance was also installed incorrectly to top it all off. The store service was great, but they need to figure out the employee situation. Absolutely do not recommend.
