Home Services at The Home Depot

Called to have a water heater installed and couldn't get an appt because of release . I waited for a call back, have not heard back. I dont understand why it is so hard to do an install when I have the heater available. Thought it was going to be as simple as with my father in law . So disappointed

We used Home Depot this year for new windows and sliding glass doors. The process took a ridiculous 9 months to complete with terrible communication. Then we made the mistake of trying to get them to install carpet in 3 bedrooms. Customer service was a joke and we canceled the project before it was even started after they failed to complete the necessary process to send someone to measure the rooms. We called a local flooring company and they took care of it the same day. Never again.

The customer service here is some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. Every employee I talked to had an attitude and seemed to get upset when I asked them to simply do their job and help me find something. I am very disappointed in the lack of quality employees. Idk if it’s poor management or low pay but something needs to change because I felt very offended at the way I was treated at this location. Also the lumber sold here is very low quality.

Look out ,AC installers tried to scam us with prize matching,you will pay more for a cheeper unit.
