Awful. Rescheduled my order delivery 3 times over 2 weeks and called multiple times each delivery to confirm it was coming on the day it was scheduled and it never showed up. Home Depot general customer service could not even get a hold of someone at this store to resolve this issue. Who ever is managing this place is a joke. I shouldn't have to babysit a simple order.
Love this store, I travel all across metro detroit as a sub contractor, this is my store. The associate's and managers do a great job with all the traffic an personalities of a big city. Thank all you guys/gals for serving the "D"!!!!
One of the worst HD in michigan...always out of stock....employees mover slower than molasas...dont nobody wanna help...I can go on and on....
