I ordered some laminate flooring. Contacted the store on a Tue, was told only some of the order was in, the rest should be in by Thur. Didn't happen. Was told to call Friday morning when they could contact the vendor to track down the shipment. It took a while, but Janie (? - I only talked to her on the phone, I think this is her name) spent time on it and found out UPS had lost the boxes. I was frustrated, as that affected our scheduling for getting the floor put in, but her effort to stay with it redeemed Home Depot a little bit. I went and picked up the 5 boxes of flooring that had come in.
