Home Services at The Home Depot

Requested a a hot water heater installation through the Home Depot website that says same day service if ordered before noon. I received a call from a company I believe is from Illinois and ordered/Scheduled the heater install. The next day, (Thursday) I had not received a confirmation on installation time, so I called to see the status. They were polite and said that our area was extremely busy due to the flooding and we were one the schedule for the following afternoon. The following afternoon (Friday) came and went so I called back. Again they were very polite and said I was the next job and they would reach out to their "partner" to get an approximate time. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of products Home Depot is selling. I'm starting to believe they are selling "seconds". We purchased 7 items to renovate our guest bathroom. 6 of those 7 products was damaged, including the toilet (which is pretty tough to return after the plumber installed it.) Extremely frustrating. I am not purchasing any more products from Home Depot.

Great store come here often but probably should train your loaders a lot better if they can't load a pallet into a simple pickup truck then they shouldn't be loading

I like Wal-Mart. Polite employees and good service and product.
