Home Services at The Home Depot

Please be aware that Home Depot is engaging in false advertising. I purchased a refrigerator from their website and paid an additional $50 for them to remove my old refrigerator. However, when they delivered the new refrigerator, they refused to take away the old one. Although the $50 was refunded, the removal service was one of the main reasons I chose to buy the refrigerator from them. If they do not actually provide old appliance removal service, they should not advertise it. This is misleading and constitutes deceptive business practices.

I recently purchased blinds for my home in this location. The experience was a true nightmare. From the person who measured (who did not know there product) to the installer who scheduled a installation date and NEVER showed up. I called installer and went back to home depot anew times but NO ONE CARES. I just got the run around and just let it go!!! If I ever need anything again that requires customer service I would never go there!!

Worst experience ever. Avoid at all cost. The "reliable contractor" are quick to take your money and not finish a project.
