Home Services at The Home Depot

Horrible, pathetic place. Night manager was a flake. Said he could not help me with inquiring about flooring. He didn't even look like a manager. 25 minutes later after the flooring guy got off break he said to call him and he would take our measurements to schedule an appointment for carpet estimate. I called him back. His name was David and each time I called him the girl at the Service counter who was so unprofessional herself said he was too busy to help us and this was at 8:30 at night. Let's all work to put Home Depot out of business! While Menards parking lot was packed. Home Depot didn't even have barely any customers! I would like to see the Night Manager and that 2nd shift flooring guy David fired immediately!
