If I could give zero stars, I would. This was my first experience, and it was absolutely terrible. The manager, Alex, was polite, but it took far too long for him to come to customer service, which only added to the frustration. The older man at customer service with short white hair (I didn’t get his name) was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. He repeatedly accused us of lying about having $200 in store credit and even claimed he had already given us the credit on a return card — which was not true. We were never given any store credit. All we received was the receipt and our ID back. No card. No credit. Nothing. Instead of helping, he argued with us and talked over us. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. I left feeling angry, disrespected, and extremely frustrated. I w

There's a chubby creepy half bald loss prevention dude following me around, just doing his job. Because of that, I shop in fear. If this is happening to anyone else, write the reviews. Homedepot delivery locker takes the standard 3-5 days, which is helpful for online orders. Assisstance with lumber, and loading heavy furniture is exceptional from the helpers. Home improvement has so many specialties that most associates wouldn't be able to help, such as electric components. Overall, services could improve if associates had the experiences.

Connie (flooring/ blinds) did an excellent job (Glendale Colorado store). She went over and beyond my expectations. In addition, the installers did an excellent job. I am amazed at how well Home Depot takes care of their customers and how proud they are to do so. Thank you.

Should have read the reviews first. After 4 months of trying to spend several thousand dollars on a home improvement project, gave up and ask for my money back. The people individually are good, but lack of training and leadership; possibly understaffed store, cause them to struggle at simple customer service tasks. Multiple trips to do what should be accomplished in one trip; multiple phone calls to prod and plead for help; unprofessional installers... Just don't go here. How disappointing!
