I couldn't be happier with my carpet install process. Sal was incredible! When the old carpet was pulled up and we found some problems, he had all the knowledge to help me make the right decision for my home. He was also flexible and was able to work around the delay it caused. Amazingly kind and thoughtful, great communication throughout as well. My new carpets look awesome! The staff in the store who helped me choose my carpet and pad were also thorough, knowledgeable, and thoughtful in helping me pick exactly what I needed without pressure or up selling. They also very quickly resolved a small issue I had with the measure to make sure everything went smoothly and on schedule. I had them measure two rooms for two different types of floors. They didn’t get my order right and gave estimate for Carpet for both rooms. I had to call and get it changed. So they installed carpet but would not return my calls about my second room. I tried for a week calling every day sometimes twice a day. I wanted carpet in a bedroom and laminate in my hallway. They were to take off the measurement cost from purchase but didn’t. I had to order my own flooring to be delivered and now have to pay someone else to install it. Not happy at all with Home Depot. Horrible customer service

HD offered an HVAC inspection for $8.98. Usually I would not do so, but we had bought our home within the last 7 months and I thought it would be a good idea to get the inspection done. The Bad - it took them 3 months to get to us. I signed up in December 2025 and they didn't come until Feb.2026 The GOOD - the two techs that came were very clean, friendly and knowledgeable in their craft. They were respectful (removed their shoes without anyone asking) and were quick.

Our installers were very communicative and handled a delay in product arrival due to weather very professionally, rescheduling as soon as possible after the product came in. Floor looks great too.

We had a great experience with our carpet install. Everything went smoothly.
