I recently hired Home Depot to replace all the carpet on my second floor — four bedrooms and the stairs — with LifeProof vinyl flooring. The final result looks beautiful, but the purchasing process was honestly more complicated than expected. Initially, I selected a color that showed as “in stock” on the website. However, about a week after placing the order, I received a call saying it was not actually available, and I had to change the color. This happened multiple times. The website inventory did not match real availability, which made the process frustrating and extended the purchasing timeline to almost a month. First of all I had already put this review because of the bad service in this area but somehow they put it down imma be honest people need to know what type of people work here if I could put negative review I would Hello I’m a customer at 5750 Jog Rd, Lake Worth, FL 33467, and on March 7 at 11:30 am I went to returns and service desk to return a merchandise and one of the workers was so disrespectful with me I arrived there but instead she let another man pass before me I don’t know what rules you have in this location but I worked in retail and I know you need to treat customers respectfully and equally so they can have a great experience but this young women instead treated me indifferently I don’t know if she had anything against Hispanics but any way she pick on me and started to lau

This is an awesome Home Depot. We would especially like to acknowledge Bill in the Plumbing Department for his expert advice, time and support. Thanks to him we saved a lot of money and received easy instructions and personal attention. Because of Bill, we were able to complete a DIY installation of a curved shower rod that came out great.
