Home Services at The Home Depot

Home Depot is missing the mark on its app. One of the employees suggested that I use the app to order my bags of concrete. She said they would notify me when my order was ready for pickup. I got a notice and went there with my trailer to pick up the concrete. I was told it was in the store on the shelves and I could load it on a dolly and bring it out to my trailer. What exactly is the purpose of this procedure. I'm 67 years and didn't think I should have to load up 20 80lb bags when they have a forklift and pallets available. Fortunately I was given a hand by a kind and consideration employee named Manx. Manx is 63 years old and willing to go that extra mile to keep a longtime loyal customer. Thanks Manx for being that guy.

Home Depot always the greatest here they take care of me they get me out the door quickly as a preferred contractor no. Very much a pleasure
