The consultant and installers were excellent. Very professional. Installation was done well and looks great. One BIG problem. The floor of the shower was supposed to be non-slip. The very first time my 88 year old Mother used the shower she slipped and fell! We are having to use a non-slip mat. She is now afraid of the shower. Absolutely the opposite of what we wanted for her.

For the initial in home consultation the advisor arrived after the 2 hour window. For the installation the installer called after the arrival window to let me know he was finally leaving his previous job. After arrival I asked how long will it take. 90 mins. Left 3 1/2 hours later. Did not want to clean up after himself. Called both Home Depot and Romanoff, both pointed fingers at each other. Nobody accepted any responsibility. From start to finish, my expectations for timeliness and professionalism were not met. Without any sort of communication from management from either party after multiple attempts on my part, I doubt I will be doing a home project again through Home Depot until this situation is rectified.

Tile installer was excellent. Homedepot coordination was problematic. Quote missed important details. Installer couldn’t finish due to material shortage. Job still not completed. Waiting on materials.

Home Depot didn’t deliver all the materials, claimed they did, and the installers weren’t able to do the project. After many calls and misinformation, bad communication, and frustration, they delivered the materials but they were broken, pre-cut by another customer (who had clearly returned them), and unusable. I wasted two days taking off work and one of the areas was never installed. I’ll be attempting to get a refund for that room. If they compensate me I’ll change the review accordingly.

Changed the original price by $900. Only came down when I said I had someone that quoted me $2500. Then they magically came down over $200 and charged me $2500. I didn't appreciate the bait and switch. Left a bad taste in my mouth. I'd wished I'd used my guy to begin with. 😕
