Twice we have ordered carpet from your store with a specific time frame needed for installation. Both times we were assured the carpet would be installed within 3 weeks. Both times the carpet was sourced out to Superior Carpet Installation out of Quincy. They are terrible to work with. They make excuse after excuse why they cannot install as promised. They blame the store and its associates for lying and giving false information to get a sale. The dishonesty and poor customer service has us regretting ordering from your store. The entire experience was no better the 2nd time. We should have used LOWES instead. Home Depot in Jacksonville IL you need to source your installation somewhere else!!!!!

Her department store I don't know what else to call it. They do have a few good prices but don't believe what they have online because the price they have there and the price it's in the store or two total different prices. I thought I'd just did something wrong adding at the bid the first time the second time I went over it twice looked up the product twice and even wrote down the sku number. It was them i got burnt twice giving someone a quote. I will say customer service is good the pro desk they try very hard. But all the contractors out there they gave up on us, there's too many people in there buying light bulbs batteries and clothes soap. To the store shame on you you brought everybody in with incentives and it running through the bid desk, now you think you have the upper hand. Car

Guys working in lumber this morning were great. One of the best service people I've dealt with there. Friendly and knowledgeable.He cut lumber for me and the cuts were perfect. Whoever the manager is, this employee needs some recognition, wish I would have got his name. Thanks again !!!

An absolute nightmare...do NOT use their installers!! We ordered a storm door in early May. The man who was supposed to eventually do the installation came out to the house on 5/5 to measure the opening. We sat down with a rep that evening and picked out the specifics of our door. We PAID THAT NIGHT FOR BOTH THE DOOR AND THE INSTALLATION. The total was close to $500.00. We were told the custom ordered door would probably arrive in 3-4 weeks and be installed shortly thereafter. That's fine...I completely understand the time necessary for a custom order. The LATEST install date listed on our invoice was the week of June 6th. That allowed for a complete month from order to install. No problem. By June 1st (a Wed.), we hadn't heard anything. I figured I would check on the status of the door

Signs in carpet department say 7-10 day installation. We spent thousands on carpet and only to be told by their subcontracted installation company that it would be 6+ weeks to install. Cancelling carpet and buying from Lowe’s!
