Installing of carpet was excellent but Home Depot sales person and measuring person were wrong in what they would do. They told me they would move everything and shave the door down if needed. All wrong. They don’t move TV they don’t shave door. Disconnect from what they promise and what was done. I worked it out with installer but manager of Home Depot needs to train their people better. You can’t promise and not deliver

Luxury vinyl floor install disappointing because corner round did match didn’t match flooring. Was told correct color would be in a month ago. I ended up paying my Painter to fix it. I have asked for a refund for the corner round still no answer.

Very good experience. Especially the install. Very professional and on time 👍🏻
