At the Special services pros Desk.!!! I Order a lumber package for my outdoor Pavilion on 5-16-2017 on Tuesday morning. I Was told it would be delivered Thursday or Friday The same week. So I called Friday afternoon asking about my lumber and when it would be delivered. The lady I talked to stated.!!! They had not received my lumber package that I ordered to their store yet . She would call me back first thing Monday morning and let me know about my delivery. So I waited till 11:30 am Monday morning and called them back. After She never called me back as she promised. So I called back to Home Depot again today Monday 5-22-2017 She said that it had not Been delivered to their Store yet and they would receive it sometime Monday or Tuesday of this week. Now it will be sometime Thursday o

Do NOT get any floors installed by them. In less than a year, my laminate floor is popping up and the edges around my walls are coming off as well. They said that I have to pay more to get it fixed even after they told me that it was under warranty. I will never do any business with them again.

The window and door department personnel are wonderful! I had to special order a door and they helped locate the correct style door, and coordinated having it install. The entire experience was very simple. Great store!

Picked out and paid for a brown granite counter top and they installed a yellow. Somehow now it's our fault. Worst costumer service! Never received an apology.

Will Home Depot ever do anything with their lousy card machines at the check out.
