Ordered a hot water heater from them. They asked when is a good time. I tell them Wednesday after 1:30. They call me 9:00am saying they will be there 12-4, and cannot guarantee it won't be at 12.

As a contractor it is very frustrating to spend any extra time going through product (drywall panels, Wood studs, Trim boards) to find undamaged product. I had to purchase 40 pieces of drywall and took over an hour to go through board with my employees to find a product in decent enough condition to install. Really wish they would take more care while unloading products.
