I needed just a few windows replaced and the process for getting a quote resulted in a very tedious and time-consuming process of setting an appt where they gave me the hard sell and I toughed through it only to hear they wanted to schedule yet another appointment to give me the quote. Why can't they tell me over the phone? Other companies gave per-window pricing right over the phone without an appt. When I had to postpone that appt due to an emergency, I was told some obscure sales price (still NO idea of any prices, mind you) was about to expire seemingly to put me in a position to have to decide rapidly when I'm VERY busy on many renovations. I've been thoroughly discouraged from ever going back for any sort of installation service-- windows, roofing, siding, etc. Be prepared for t
