I am in the process of giving my bathroom a "face lift " and needed to order a custom counter as the dimensions were not a standard size. Alison Thrift was the design consultant who helped me this past week. I should have made an appointment as I went there on a Saturday morning. When I arrived she was with someone and would not be available until 1:00 pm (it was 11:30). She was kind enough to cut her lunch break short and help me with the counter. She was very helpful, provided me with options that I was not aware were available. This young lady knows her stuff! I also want to acknowledge another employee in this department. Had an idiot associate who didn't know Jack. Bought a $466 water softener and he couldn't figure out how to arrange install. Left went home and checked Angies List. I will not deal with HD again.
