They did a good job but I had a couple of issues that was never addressed when they put the quarter round molding they installed it using silicone and when it was time to get the quarter around molding painted the paint ran off and the paint did not stick. and also the transitional piece that they came back to install it didn't stay the transitional piece needs to be reinstalled.. besides that the flooring is beautiful but if someone can address those two issues that I did contact them about our truly appreciated thank you.

Purchased carpeting and Home Depot decided to cut the seam done the center of my living room. Had their contractor out 4 times to try and blend in with minimal success. Unhappy customer!

The project was supposed to take 1 week and it took 4 weeks. There were many miscommunications about timing, parts we were supposed to buy and didn’t know, and then were told partial info about what to buy, (3 day delay); the project manager didn't know we'd paid for the whole project and that delay was 4 months! Parts weren't ordered cause he didn't see that we'd paid for the entire project. That was Aug til Oct. The supervisor who was over the project manager didn't have our contact info so that delay was 6 weeks. He claimed to have tried to contact both of us. We never received any messages. The company that did the installation was at fault, not Home Depot.

My experience was pleasantly uneventful. The company was professional, helpful and timely. The installation of the carpet on my stairs was completed without incident and looks lovely. Thank you.

Been a nightmare from the start. Salesman was awesome but whoever they sent to measure my flooring and the contractor the used was terrible
