Not great. Lately it's hard to find an employee, especially one who is capable of answering questions. Some have no sense of customer care. I am a 78 year old woman. I've been a customer here since it opened. This is not what I expect from HD.

Bad experience when buying Granite 1) Commitment from store was contractor would call me withing 48 Hours to set up template measurement; I had to call numerous times after giving them 1 week. Finally a representative called me back and handled after two weeks were lost. 2) Even though I provided detailed drawings, after template measurement, HD comes back to ask for double initial quote, as person placing estimate made calculation mistakes! At that point I've lost 3 weeks and if i go outside to start over; i'm looking at another month........... Generally i have found store workers at the site helpfull; but i won't be using any sub contracted services form them...and will be spending much less there than i have in the past...... Maybe that's what you get these days with service at
