Need help with bathroom in my new house and I got more than just told where to find what I needed he went above and beyond to help us! I forget his name Spanish guy

Awful experience. I started my kitchen project 2 years ago and it is still not completed! I would never hire home depot to do another project in my home ever again! Incorrect parts have been delivered over and over again. Contractors have been out to put together the cabinets and have done a terrible job that I had to request that another contractor come out and fix the work that was already completed. I am still waiting on my pantry cabinet door to be delivered! On 2 separate occasions, I was told that replacement parts were ordered and the order was never placed! Again, delaying my kitchen project even more! It is not worth it, just hire a private contractor!!

Every time I come to this Home Depot, I'm harassed by salespeople who want to sell me solar panels, test my water, or resurface my kitchen cabinets. This has been going on for years. I wish they would just leave me alone and let me shop in peace! But they won't, so I avoid shopping here, and just go to Lowe's instead.

Waited 2 weeks for appt for kitchen remodel. Confirmed appt by phone. Service provider said we did not - then no one showed for 10 an appt.

Place is good for the DIY, could use more customer service ,start the free coffee!!!there you go"
